Scope and operator
Soule Media operates this commercial website, which is hosted on a server in Massachusetts, United States. This Privacy Policy applies to information handled through soulemedia.com, including the project-inquiry form. A separate written agreement may provide additional terms for information handled during a client project.
This policy describes the website as it is currently configured. The site has no analytics, advertising pixels, user accounts, ecommerce, payment processing, content-management database, or customer-relationship-management integration.

Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial-account or payment-card information, health information, private addresses, confidential files, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form. The form does not accept file uploads.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Review a project inquiry, communicate with you, and take steps you request before a possible engagement.
- Send the inquiry to the monitored Soule Media mailbox and send a plain-text receipt to the email address you provide.
- Detect spam, repeated submissions, malicious requests, and other misuse.
- Comply with law, enforce website terms, preserve legal rights, and respond to lawful process.
- Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
Soule Media does not use inquiry details to enroll you in marketing. Any future newsletter, analytics, advertising, account, payment, upload, or customer-management feature would require a separate implementation and an update to this policy before collection begins.
When information is disclosed
Soule Media discloses information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. The application sends inquiry content through Zoho Mail to a monitored Soule Media mailbox. Cloudflare, the Massachusetts-hosted web server, and authorized infrastructure operators may process request and security information to deliver and protect the site.
- Service providers that host, deliver, secure, maintain, or support the website and email workflow, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
- Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, insurance, or security providers when the information is reasonably necessary for their work.
- Government authorities or other parties when required by law, lawful process, or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor or counterparty in a proposed or completed reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
No sale, targeted advertising, or cross-site tracking
Soule Media does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. The site does not include analytics tags, advertising pixels, social-media embeds, third-party review widgets, or other tools intended to track a visitor over time and across unrelated websites.
Because the site does not perform cross-site tracking or sell or share personal information, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its current behavior. Where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies, the site's no-sale and no-sharing default already provides the requested outcome. Third parties may collect information after you choose to follow an external link; their policies govern their sites.
Cookies and browser storage
The Soule Media application does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It uses limited browser storage for requested preferences. Strictly necessary infrastructure cookies may also be set when Cloudflare security or routing features require them. There are no optional analytics or advertising categories to accept or reject.

You can use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the notice. Your browser can clear or block cookies and local storage. Blocking preference storage may reset the appearance selection or cause the notice to return, but the core site and inquiry route remain available.
Retention and security
The website does not retain inquiry fields in an application database, queue, or upload store. A successful submission creates email records in Zoho Mail and the relevant mailboxes. Retention is based on the inquiry's status, a resulting client relationship, legal and accounting duties, dispute needs, security requirements, and whether deletion is technically and operationally practical. Data may remain longer in protected backups until their ordinary replacement cycle completes.
Soule Media uses safeguards appropriate to the information and operation, including HTTPS, encrypted mail transport, server-side validation, same-origin checks, signed form tokens, one-way hashed and short-lived rate-limit keys, access restrictions, and provider security controls. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a covered breach occurs, Soule Media will follow applicable notification and response duties.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Soule Media, you may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and appeal a denied request. Soule Media does not currently sell or share personal information for targeted advertising or perform qualifying profiling.
You may make a request by email. Soule Media may need information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate records, and may retain a limited record of the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits, subject to authority and identity verification. Soule Media will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If a request is denied, reply to the decision and state that you are appealing.

Children's privacy
This business website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Soule Media does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. A child under 13 should not submit the inquiry form; a parent or guardian may contact Soule Media instead. If you believe a child submitted information, contact Soule Media so it can be reviewed and deleted as required.
Processing location and external sites
The application is hosted on a server in Massachusetts, but Cloudflare, Zoho, network providers, and their subprocessors may process information in other United States or provider locations. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy protections may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
The website links to third-party sites and services. Soule Media does not control their privacy, security, content, or availability. Review the policy of a third-party destination before providing information there.
Changes to this policy
Soule Media may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised Last updated date. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, Soule Media will provide additional notice when required and will not apply the change retroactively where law prohibits it.
